Browsing Products

• Enter the Shop using the top navigation by clicking on 'Shop'
  
• Select a category e.g. Flowers and Bouquets
  
• To show all products in this category click '>>All Products' at the top of the page.
  
• To show flowers for a particular occasion click a sub category e.g. 'Birthdays' and this will just show the flowers suitable for birthdays.
  
• Use the drop down menu to your left to quickly jump to flowers for different occasions under ' Search Flowers by:-'
  
• Under 'Quick Categories' these links will take you to the relevant sections and show all the products in that section.
  
• If you have difficulty finding the flowers or products you require then use the Site Search in the top right of the website. Simply put the word or product code in that you are looking for and press the Go button and this will return all products related to your search words or code.
  
• More information on a product can be found by clicking the thumbnail image of the product - this will give you an enlarged image where there are more purchasing options.

Making a purchase

• When you have found you products click on the thumbnail image to get more details. Fill in the required fields
  
  > Delivery Date
  > Select whether to include a Gift Card
  > Delete the text in the Gift Card message field and write your own message if required
  > Choose a Price option if applicable
  > Click BUY button.
  
  This will add your items to the shopping cart and then return you back to the page you were viewing.
  
  Your cart contents are summarised in the mini-checkout on the right hand side of the website.
  
• To complete your purchase click the Checkout button or icon above the minicart.
  
  > Review your details
  > To remove items tick the checkbox next to the item you wish to remove and press update totals
  > To add more items enter the number in the box that you require and press update totals
  > When satisfied press the CHECKOUT button again.
  > Fill in your address details (Note: All fields are compulsory, if you do not have the info put N/a or similar)
  > If your shipping details are different then please fill these in.
  > Select your payment method from the drop down box. Note: Email - assumes that you wish to send a cheque to Milestones florist. - See Payment Methods
  > Press the CHECKOUT button again and this will summarise the order totals
  > Press the CHECKOUT button one more time and this will transfer you the the SECURE PAGES OF WORLDPAY

  Press the Make Payment button. If you make a mistake click 'Start Again' or 'Cancel' to cancel your purchase.
  
• Upon successful transaction you will be returned to our website.
