Cancellations can be made by calling us on 01832 274 305 within 48 hours of placing your initial order, the order can be cancelled with all money being returned minus the credit card charge within 30 days. Unfortunately our banking service provider makes a charge for all card transactions which we bear. In the event that you cancel the order we will refund you your money less that charge.

Goods supplied by MileStones Florist to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. MileStones Florist reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value to compensate for out of stock items.
All goods ordered in a single transaction will be delivered to the same address.
Local orders will be delivered personally by us. U.K & International flower orders are sent through the teleflorist relay service of high quality florists. The nearest florist will deliver your order by hand. It’s a good idea to be sure the recipient will be in during the day to receive them, otherwise a card will be left for them to contact. A time cannot be guaranteed, deliveries are usually between 9am and 6pm – we offer same day delivery to most U.K. addresses on orders placed before midday G.M.T. Please note there are no deliveries on Sundays, or U.K. public holidays. Exceptions are mothering Sunday and Valentines Day.
Local balloons and gifts orders will be gift – wrapped and delivered by us. U.K. balloons and gifts orders will be gift - wrapped boxed and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees next day delivery, usually in the morning on orders placed before 10.30 G.M.T. All deliveries need to be signed for on delivery so it is important that someone is in to receive it during the morning. If there is nobody, it may be left with a neighbour or the driver will leave a card showing where the parcel can be collected from or arrange another delivery.
